Weight On Wednesdays Post 4

So it’s another Weight on Wednesday, and GUESS WHAT? I lost 2 POUNDS since last week, well really 3 since Monday! I’ve been eating crappy, looking crappy, feeling crappy, pretty much everything crappy…. So I knew it was time for a change.

I started with some clean eating. This week I took out Fried Foods, increased my fruit intake, and I cut out Sodas. I’m not a huge soda drinker, but I figured, why not cut it out even more? I have switched it for an all natural tea that helps with digestion (Did I mention it is DELISH TOO?) Anywho, I’m feeling better, looking better, and I’m sure my insides would thank me right now. Also, I’ve been doing a gentle detox I purchased from GNC called Super Cleanse. It was a pretty good price, and Well to keep it real I’m using it to clean myself out!

So for those of you who are curious, here is what my eating looks like:

Wake up- Full Bottle of water, I’ve been sleep all night ya know!

Breakfast- Oatmeal plus a fruit/ or peanut butter sandwhich plus fruit/ meal replacement shake (thank u planet smoothie!)/ or egg whites and turkey meat

Snack- Apple/Whole Grain Popcorn/Banana/Yogurt

Lunch- Grilled meat and veggie/ Sandwhich on wheat plus fruit/Salad/Soup

Snack- Same as first snack usually

Post Workout- Protein Bar/Fruit

Dinner- Grilled meat and veggie

Dessert- on occasion, haven’t had it at all this week, but frozen yogurt! yummy!!!!!

I’m going to continue this fiasco and then bring in other things and hopefully I can get this dreadful weight off of me!
